I’m afraid that this will be short and sweet, I am in the airport in Taipei waiting for my transfer to Seattle. The flight was pretty good and I don’t know if any of you have flown China Airlines before but they have a thing in the tv/entertainment thingy where you can see the view from 2 cameras under the plane - one to the front and one straight down. So I have seen what the pilot sees when he is flying one of those things and let me tell you he can’t see bugger all. I will be considering this next time I am seized by the urge to fly anywhere.
I was sad to leave the Harbor City hostel and its inhabitants this morning. I managed to drag myself out of bed for the complimentary pancakes and was seen off by Rachel and Nicola at 8:45 sharp.
Here is a pic of what was my last view of Sydney, lovely weather considering it is raining in Taipei right now.
And here is a pic of me right now……….well…………………………………….now!!
I’ll be off now as I’m sure the wireless police will be tracking me for hacking into their network and as I have no real desire to stay in a jail in Taiwan for any great deal of time I bid you adieu.
PS. When I get back will someone please send me a 4 thingy extention lead - I’d kill for one!!!! Ta
