Progress At last!!!!

Hi Everyone,

After long last I have finally got around to starting to update my blog. As you will notice there have been one or 2 changes and one or 2 posts have moved or gone missing.

A couple of days ago I decided to update my site and have a front page that was not just the blog. I thought that if I wanted to put more stuff on here then I needed somewhere to put it. Luckily the wordpress.org help files are fantastic and there is loads of information on how to change your installation.

Unluckily I didn’t read all of that and decided to do it all by my self……………oh yes.

Anyway, before I started I had the good sense to back it all up which was just as well really as I managed to delete the whole database and then the whole installation!!!! Fortunately for me at this point I fond all the correct articles and managed to reinstall it again quite quickly………..and I have a new front page. I know it is basic but I like it and besides……I made it all by myself!!!

I have also added the facility (courtesy of couloir.org) for photo galleries and put a few together. Oddly I have taken a lot less pictures since I have been back so you may have to wait for gallery updates.

So………here it is.
